Lovely, crunchy, crisp Autumn romance

Well here I am in the midst of fall and I am absolutely loving it.
I have been brought to a place in my life where I am truly starting to
appreciate and be thankful daily, for just the simple things in my life.
I have been blessed with so much. I'm learning to trust that God has a
unique and beautiful plan for my life and I really do not know the half
of it. I try to plan, organize, predict all the time, what is going to happen
and how, when really, I know that God is having a little chuckle up there.
I'm starting to find beauty in 'not-knowing' for once. It's fun sharing with
people about my future plans, but at the end, acknowledging that it could
all change in a heart beat if God so planned it. And hopefully, I'd be okay
with that, if that He chose to do so. I've been blessed with amazing family
and friends and leaders in my life who I truly admire. I know that if I trust God
with my life and my purpose, He can create something far more beautiful and
worthy than I ever could. I have health, truest love and safety... what more could
I possibly ask for from my Creator?

I'm learning to accept change and make the most of it, growing more
independent each day (Mom might not agree here!) and trying to live
a life with flair and laughter.

Here is a little quote of the day that brought me understanding that
it is the heart which matters... and that mine truly belongs to Him.

"The heart is the part of man which
God chiefly notices in religion.
The bowed head, and the bended knee,
the grave face and the rigid posture,
the ritual response, and the formal amen,
all these together do not make up
a spiritual worshiper.
The eyes of God look further and deeper.
He requires the worship of the heart.
“My son, my daughter,” he says to every one of us,
“Give me your heart.”

Be blessed today.
